The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex financial systems, moving from deep user research and journey mapping to high-fidelity UI execution.

• Drive the evolution of a global design system, creating reusable workflow patterns and components that scale across massive cross-functional teams.

• Architect sophisticated web interfaces and interaction models, utilizing micro-interactions and animation to guide users through dense data landscapes.

• Champion user-centered design (UCD) principles while collaborating directly with Product Managers and Engineers to align design vision with technical constraints.

• Mentor and elevate junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and setting high-water marks for design craft and storytelling.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with a portfolio showcasing mastery in designing for complex, data-heavy digital products.

• Expertise in industry-standard design tools including Figma and Miro for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.

• Strong background in Systems Thinking, with the ability to distill intricate technical requirements into clear, functional, and visually engaging solutions.

• Proven experience in Journey Mapping and User Research, ensuring every design decision is backed by behavioral insights and strategic intent.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and win buy-in from senior executive stakeholders.
