The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain a high-throughput, low-latency decisioning platform at scale.

• Work on a high-performance, real-time Artificial Intelligence (AI) and decisioning platform.

• Leverage advanced AI solutions to process hundreds of thousands of transactions per second.

• Ensure global payment security through innovative engineering solutions.

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies with a strong focus on automation.

• Apply engineering discipline, including clean code, peer reviews, automation, and CI/CD-friendly delivery.

What You'll Need

• Strong ownership with the ability to learn and adapt quickly, independently resolving technical blockers.

• Clear and proactive communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of service- and platform-level system design, including open frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).

• Expertise in Java, Spring, gRPC, and backend service development for high-performance applications.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and experience with relational databases (Oracle) and queuing technologies (MQ, Kafka).
