The Role
- Design and deploy advanced algorithms and Machine Learning models using Python, R, or C++ to solve complex data puzzles for public and private sector clients.
- Architect and manage data pipelines within Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) to handle large-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle: from feature selection and anomaly handling to model interpretation and high-impact data visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate abstract business needs into technical requirements, utilizing Agile methodologies and MLOps best practices.
- Drive the operationalization of models using CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker to ensure seamless deployment in enterprise environments.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Applied Statistics.
- Proven proficiency in programming for data science, specifically with Python, R, Java, or C++, and knowledge of SQL (PL/pgSQL).
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks, Decision Trees, and Logistic Regression, plus familiarity with modern platforms like Databricks, Palantir Foundry, or ElasticSearch.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical complexity and non-technical audience understanding through compelling storytelling.
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in CS, Math, or Engineering preferred).
