The Role

Design and deploy advanced algorithms and Machine Learning models using Python, R, or C++ to solve complex data puzzles for public and private sector clients.
Architect and manage data pipelines within Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP) to handle large-scale structured and unstructured data.
Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle: from feature selection and anomaly handling to model interpretation and high-impact data visualization using Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate abstract business needs into technical requirements, utilizing Agile methodologies and MLOps best practices.
Drive the operationalization of models using CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker to ensure seamless deployment in enterprise environments.

What You'll Need

3+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Applied Statistics.
Proven proficiency in programming for data science, specifically with Python, R, Java, or C++, and knowledge of SQL (PL/pgSQL).
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks, Decision Trees, and Logistic Regression, plus familiarity with modern platforms like Databricks, Palantir Foundry, or ElasticSearch.
Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical complexity and non-technical audience understanding through compelling storytelling.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in CS, Math, or Engineering preferred).
