The Role

• Lead and contribute to impactful software efforts throughout the entire lifecycle for unique underwater defense systems.
• Design and maintain robust software architectures, making key decisions for intricate system needs.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering leads, program managers, and external customers.
• Drive the creation, maintenance, and acceptance of project deliverables, including requirements management, software documentation, and rigorous testing.
• Contribute to innovative trade studies for hardware components and support factory, offsite, and offshore software testing.

What You'll Need

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of practical software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in REACT, C, C++, or C# programming languages.
• Strong understanding and application of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with microservices, containerization, and orchestration, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Department of Defense Security Clearance and US Citizenship.
