The Role
• Lead a user-centered design approach to simplify complexity and build trust in financial experiences for millions of users.
• Map and analyze complex user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, aligning teams on a shared vision.
• Masterfully design intricate web interfaces, workflows, and systems, ensuring both functionality and visual engagement.
• Utilize advanced design tools such as Figma and Miro to create high-fidelity prototypes and communicate design specifications.
• Contribute to and leverage a global design system to ensure visual consistency and develop reusable workflow patterns.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
What You'll Need
• Demonstrable expertise in user-centered design, journey mapping, and interaction/UI design for complex systems.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Experience with or contribution to global design systems and a solid understanding of complex system design challenges.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Typically 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise demonstrated through portfolio and leadership impact.
