As a Pricing Strategy Manager, you will harness the power of AI and advanced data science to revolutionize how healthcare providers access technology. This is a high-impact role where you will translate complex data sets into actionable commercial playbooks, directly influencing revenue growth and customer retention for a mission-driven organization.
The Role
• Lead the development and execution of data-driven pricing strategies, utilizing AI-assisted analysis tools to evaluate go-to-market trends and packaging configurations.
• Partner with IT and Analytics teams to co-develop, test, and iterate on BI-enabled tools, contributing to prompt design and use case definition for pricing insights.
• Analyze large-scale transaction, deal, and CRM data to identify revenue leakages, margin improvements, and win-rate optimization opportunities.
• Design and deliver high-impact pricing playbooks for sales teams, using automated reporting and AI summarization tools to communicate the "why" behind pricing performance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, Finance, and Data Engineering to operationalize pricing changes and perform complex scenario modeling.
What You'll Need
• 4–7 years of professional experience in Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics, or a highly quantitative strategic field.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python or R for advanced data modeling and reproducible workflows, alongside expert-level Excel skills.
• Proven experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks using Power BI or Tableau.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques to business analytics or forecasting to drive commercial outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data findings into compelling business actions for senior stakeholders.
