The Role
• Utilize industry-leading analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce) to manage and extract insights from data.
• Act as an analytical liaison, guiding projects, building solutions, and presenting findings to C-level executives.
• Develop hypotheses and forecasts for company and industry-level trends based on broad access to information.
• Build efficiencies and predictive analytics to optimize the time from opportunity discovery to operational response.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and ambassador for the Business Intelligence team.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or Information Science (Graduate Degree preferred).
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in tech, healthcare, or retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and ideally VBA, SQL, R, or other coding platforms.
