The Role

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug mission-critical software using modern languages like Java.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile framework.

• Utilize Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git for workflow management and team collaboration.

• Support the creation and updating of all relevant design, development, and testing documentation.

• Identify and proactively address potential development roadblocks.

• Plan and estimate development tasks, focusing on performance improvements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience, or a Master's degree.

• US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance or higher.

• Hands-on experience with Java/C++ and object-oriented programming.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and JS frameworks like React.

• Solid understanding of software development process fundamentals.

• Strong self-motivation and a desire to learn new technologies.
