As an analytics specialist, you will bridge the gap between complex data mining and mission-critical decision-making. Using your expertise in Qlik and quantitative modeling, you'll build dynamic dashboards and predictive tools that give high-level stakeholders the deep visibility they need to solve emerging problems at scale.
The Role
• Lead the development of dynamic, data-driven solutions and interactive dashboards using Qlik to support national security missions.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to perform predictive analytics, identifying trends, efficiencies, and confidence intervals.
• Design and implement robust data collection, aggregation, and normalization processes to ensure data integrity across various reporting templates.
• Act as a technical advisor to business clients, delivering actionable reports that translate raw data into clear, strategic narratives.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to recommend performance measures and provide technical guidance on business intelligence best practices.
What You'll Need
• 2+ years of professional experience in data visualization and data engineering specifically utilizing Qlik Sense or QlikView.
• Proven experience querying and normalizing complex datasets to answer critical business questions and communicate insights.
• High level of proficiency in business intelligence tools and the ability to learn new technologies like Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks quickly.
• Active Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required to support this mission-sensitive work.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to "connect the dots" across disparate data sources; exposure to SQL, R, or Python is a major plus.
