The Role
• Lead with a user-first approach, ensuring all design decisions are informed by user research and address user needs.
• Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Design complex web interfaces and workflows, creating visually engaging and highly functional products.
• Develop and contribute to a global design system to ensure visual consistency and promote reusability of components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders, effectively using storytelling to communicate product vision.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent expertise demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Mastery in designing complex web interfaces, navigation patterns, and interaction models.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro for creating high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
• Understanding of designing and maintaining complex systems, translating intricate requirements into clear design solutions.
• Experience with design systems and a proven ability to contribute to their growth.
• A portfolio is required, demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, journey mapping, and interaction/UI design.
