We're looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join a leading global consulting firm that provides innovative solutions to government and commercial clients. This organization is at the forefront of leveraging data to solve complex challenges and drive impactful decision-making.

The Role

• Design and execute statistical analyses on large, complex datasets

• Develop production-quality data visualizations, plots, and dashboards

• Lead data science projects from scoping through delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate abstract questions into analytical insights

• Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for reproducible analysis

• Communicate complex statistical findings to both technical teams and senior leadership

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience with data science, statistical analysis, or quantitative research

• 4+ years of experience with algorithm development using R or Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or Tidyverse)

• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources

• Proficiency in statistics, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis

• Experience with data management in SQL for large-scale data

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree
