We're working with a global healthcare leader and life-changing medtech innovator on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a strategic powerhouse to bridge the gap between IT and business operations, driving a world-class data strategy across a massive global portfolio.
This isn't just a liaison role; you will be the primary architect of data culture, leveraging advanced analytics, PowerBI, and big data platforms to transform how this healthcare giant serves 160+ countries. You'll lead the charge in data governance, ethical AI, and democratization of insights to stay ahead in the diagnostics and medical device market.
The Role
• Act as the strategic technology partner for the ARDx organization, aligning IT capabilities with high-level business objectives and investment roadmaps.
• Lead the transition toward advanced analytics maturity, focusing on Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Privacy standards.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of data-related projects, overseeing end-to-end SDLC while utilizing tools like SharePoint and PowerBI for executive reporting.
• Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to dismantle data silos and leverage emerging technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and Big Data Analytics (BDAA).
• Influence global virtual teams and stakeholders to ensure secure, ethical data democratization and compliance with international healthcare regulations.
What You'll Need
• 8-10 years of deep IT experience within a large, multinational Pharmaceutical or Healthcare environment.
• Proven track record in Information Management, specifically regarding Data Quality, Data Privacy, and Records Retention practices.
• Strong technical familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure), Databricks, and programming exposure (SQL, Python, or Scala).
• Expert-level ability to manage IT budgets, project capital (RCE), and ROI for complex global initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related healthcare/business discipline.
