A mission-driven defense and intelligence solutions provider seeks an expert-level Senior Software Engineer to drive critical software development for the Intelligence Community (IC). This high-impact role involves leading the full SDLC, architecting complex applications using Ruby, Java, C++, and .NET within C2S environments, and optimizing API implementations. The engineer will also guide junior staff and collaborate with security elements to ensure compliance with stringent IC standards. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and 11+ years of relevant experience are strictly required.

Step into a high-impact role where you will drive critical software development for the Intelligence Community (IC). We are looking for an expert-level Programmer to architect and maintain complex functional business applications using a modern tech stack focused on Ruby, Java, C++, and .NET within C2S environments.

The Role

• Lead the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, and debugging high-stakes software enhancements for mission-critical activities.

• Architect complex logic flow charts and block diagrams to solve technical bottlenecks and improve functional application performance.

• Drive technical direction for junior programming staff to ensure aggressive project deadlines and version control baselines are met.

• Collaborate directly with security elements for Project Certification and Accreditation ensures all software meets stringent IC standards.

• Build and optimize communication/email protocol API implementations to streamline data flow across external and internal offices.

What You'll Need

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (strictly required).

• 11+ years of heavy-hitting software development experience, ideally within the IC or government contracting space.

• Mastery of multiple programming languages including Ruby, Java, C++, SQL, and .NET 개발.

• Hands-on experience with C2S (Commercial Cloud Services) environments and advanced API implementation.

• Strong background in O&M processes and the Customer's software development cycle (SDLC).
