You will own the integrity of product content, leveraging tools like Excel, PowerBI, and ERP systems to manage high-stakes data across global manufacturing brands.
The Role
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product data, from specifications and pricing to digital assets and images across global customer-facing platforms.
• Optimize and manage complex product data templates using advanced Excel functions, JSON, and XML formats to ensure seamless system integration.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering and marketing teams to govern product taxonomies, naming conventions, and attribute structures.
• Build and maintain automated reports and quality dashboards using PowerBI to identify and resolve data inconsistencies before they hit the market.
• Drive process improvements in Product Information Management (PIM) workflows to reduce manual effort and increase data scalability.
What You'll Need
• 2+ years of experience in Product Data Management, E-commerce Operations, or Catalog Management within a structured corporate environment.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and deep familiarity with structured data formats including JSON and XML.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP platforms, e-commerce systems, or dedicated PIM tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform complex data audits and translate technical issues into business solutions.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI and feedback platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey is highly preferred.
