We're working with a global leader in automotive technology and digital transformation on this exciting opportunity. You will lead the charge in architecting high-performance Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and complex integrations to power a massive digital ecosystem.

The Role

• Lead technical design sessions to architect and document scalable Salesforce solutions that align with complex business objectives.

• Spearhead the delivery of custom integrations and applications using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern SDLC best practices.

• Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing hands-on mentorship to developers and ensuring high-quality code through rigorous reviews.

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, utilizing advanced Apex patterns (bulk patterns, async operations) to ensure platform stability.

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, managing scope and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• At least 5+ years of deep experience in Salesforce/Force.com development, including Apex Triggers, Classes, and Visualforce.

• Proven expertise in modern frontend development with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript/CSS/HTML.

• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and version control using Jenkins, GitHub, or SVN.

• Demonstrable experience with web technologies including Java, JSON, jQuery, AJAX, and API-driven architecture.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
