The Role
• Own and prioritize the product backlog for central dispatch processes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Partner with development teams to implement capabilities across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems.
• Support release train and scrum teams through PI planning, defect prioritization, and backlog management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate discovery, experimentation, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales and Service Cloud).
• Strong analytical, project management, and systems integration skills.
• Experience with full product lifecycle methodologies, including SAFe Agile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
