In this role, you will be the architect and guardian of a scalable Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment, ensuring security and resilience for millions of users. You'll work at the cutting edge of workplace technology, implementing Copilot workloads and governing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
The Role

Engineer and optimize core M365 services including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
Lead Tier 3 engineering for service hardening, tenant hygiene, and complex workload onboarding within Entra ID (Azure AD).
Design and manage enterprise-scale Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod) including Dataverse and automated provisioning workflows.
Establish and govern DLP policies, security boundaries, and connectors to empower citizen developers safely.
Drive the implementation of AI-enabled features like Microsoft Copilot and ensure platform readiness for future automation initiatives.

What You'll Need

4-7 years of hands-on experience in M365 Engineering with a deep focus on Power Platform architecture and Dataverse.
Advanced proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for enterprise tenant operations.
Strong technical background in modern identity management, Conditional Access, and enterprise compliance standards.
Experience with the Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) toolkit and Dynamics 365 integrations.
Proven ability to collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to maintain audit compliance and licensing alignment.
