In this role, you will be the architect and guardian of a scalable Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment, ensuring security and resilience for millions of users. You'll work at the cutting edge of workplace technology, implementing Copilot workloads and governing enterprise-grade automation solutions.
The Role

  • Engineer and optimize core M365 services including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Lead Tier 3 engineering for service hardening, tenant hygiene, and complex workload onboarding within Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Design and manage enterprise-scale Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod) including Dataverse and automated provisioning workflows.
  • Establish and govern DLP policies, security boundaries, and connectors to empower citizen developers safely.
  • Drive the implementation of AI-enabled features like Microsoft Copilot and ensure platform readiness for future automation initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in M365 Engineering with a deep focus on Power Platform architecture and Dataverse.
  • Advanced proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for enterprise tenant operations.
  • Strong technical background in modern identity management, Conditional Access, and enterprise compliance standards.
  • Experience with the Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) toolkit and Dynamics 365 integrations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Security and Architecture teams to maintain audit compliance and licensing alignment.
