• Optimize global workforce operations by leveraging AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to forecast call volumes and handle time trends.
• Manage real-time staffing requirements and update skill-based routing levels within Genesys to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated operational dashboards and performance data logs using advanced Excel and relational database tools.
• Lead AI-driven workforce optimization projects, identifying opportunities for process automation and streamlining scheduling accuracy.
• Provide critical operational support for Home-Based Representatives and manage complex administrative cycles including holiday bids and part-time extensions.
What You'll Need
• Proficiency in workforce management software, specifically E-WorkForce, SABRE, and Genesys routing systems.
• Advanced analytical mindset with a deep understanding of statistics and relational databases for data-driven decision making.
• Expert-level command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with TeamSite for data integrity.
• Exceptional mathematical skills and the ability to thrive in a 24/7/365 fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for leaders across the organization.
