Compensation Analyst - Alpharetta, GA | Alpharetta Office - United States | Hybrid

We're working with a pioneering medtech leader dedicated to breakthrough healthcare solutions on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for an analytical powerhouse to join a nimble HR team, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to drive global compensation strategy and impact patient lives worldwide.

This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between financial analysis and human capital strategy using industry-leading tools like SAP.

The Role

• Lead the administration of global compensation programs including Merit, Short-Term Incentives (STI), and Long-Term Incentives (LTI) cycles.

• Manage and optimize compensation data within the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring total data integrity and system functionality.

• Conduct deep-dive market research and benchmarking using salary surveys to provide competitive grading recommendations for global roles.

• Partner closely with HR Business Partners to troubleshoot system issues and provide analytical support for compensation-related policies.

• Generate complex reports and audits to support Proxy and Compensation Committee preparations, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

What You'll Need

• 2-4 years of dedicated Compensation or HR Analyst experience within a fast-paced or regulated industry.

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation modules) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).

• Foundational expertise in market pricing, job evaluation methodologies, and participation in major salary surveys.

• Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable executive recommendations.

• Strong communication skills to manage sensitive stakeholder requests and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
