Software Engineer | Hybrid | $100/h + Benefits

We're hiring for a leading innovator in AI and autonomous systems. This employer is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join their dynamic team, contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

The Role

• Design and develop AI agents and autonomous systems for complex task execution

• Build conversational AI solutions including chatbots and voice-based systems

• Create AI-powered application integrations across various platforms

• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

• Implement and optimize machine learning models, primarily using PyTorch

What You'll Need

• 6+ years proficiency in Python for AI/ML development

• 6+ years experience with PyTorch (or willingness to learn for entry-level candidates)

• Understanding of AI agents and their application to real-world problems

• Hands-on experience or strong interest in building conversational systems

• Knowledge of RAG system components: vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and prompt engineering
