The Role

• Lead design and delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions within Artificial Intelligence and Decision Product programs.

• Guide key technical decisions and contribute to the overall platform architecture of a high-performance, real-time AI and decisioning platform.

• Promote strong engineering practices, including clean code, code reviews, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Mentor engineers and collaborate effectively with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Contribute to ensuring payment security at a global scale through advanced AI solutions.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability to lead through influence, aligning stakeholders, driving decisions, and unblocking delivery, demonstrating strong ownership and adaptability.

• Solid understanding of service and platform-level system design, including distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and advanced design patterns.

• Expertise in Java, Spring, gRPC, and backend service development for high-performance, scalable applications.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), cloud-native architectures, and migration strategies.

• Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra).
