The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex financial systems, transforming intricate requirements into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications.

• Map and analyze comprehensive user journeys across operations, customers, and servicing teams to eliminate friction and identify growth opportunities.

• Define and scale a global Design System, creating reusable workflow patterns and components that ensure visual and functional consistency across international products.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to align design execution with strategic business goals and technical constraints.

• Champion user-centered design principles by integrating research insights and behavioral data into every stage of the product lifecycle.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a proven track record of managing complex web interfaces and data-heavy workflows.

• Mastery of industry-standard tools including Figma and Miro for high-fidelity prototyping and interactive storytelling.

• Deep expertise in Systems Thinking, with the ability to navigate and simplify intricate technical requirements and enterprise-scale ecosystems.

• Strong leadership skills to mentor junior designers, elevate team standards, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.

• A world-class portfolio (Figma link or PDF) demonstrating sophisticated UI/UX craft, interaction models, and creative problem-solving.
