The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex Facets Benefit Configuration and Workflow solutions to meet evolving business needs.

• Leverage deep ANSI SQL expertise to manage complex data environments, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the Facets system.

• Act as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on Facets configuration best practices and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and workflows.

• Conduct rigorous system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of enhancements to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Extensive hands-on experience in Facets Benefit and Workflow Configuration within a Healthcare Payer environment.

• Expert-level proficiency in ANSI SQL, specifically for data analysis, complex scripting, and troubleshooting in large-scale data environments.

• Proven track record of designing, testing, and optimizing system configurations and identifying root causes in complex system behaviors.

• Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep familiarity with Facets data structures, integration points, and industry-standard healthcare regulatory requirements.
