The Role
• Design, develop, and implement new, cloud-based solutions for global warranty management.
• Work on complex application and technical problem identification and resolution.

• Design, test, and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to enhance workflows.
• Communicate with end-users and internal customers to guide development and testing.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an application developer, proficient in Java and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software development tools, activities, and leading development initiatives.
• Experience with software product technical aspects, including design, configuration, and integration.
• Proven ability in software product testing, including functional, performance, and load testing.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
