Data Science - Senior Manager | Hybrid

The Role

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Data & AI solutions, from problem framing to model deployment and optimization.

• Apply advanced analytics, machine learning, deep learning, and AI methodologies to build predictive models.

• Own the full model lifecycle, including data exploration, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continual improvement.

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

• Lead discovery sessions to define business needs, success metrics, and analytical approaches.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Business to deliver scalable solutions.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.

• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining models in production at scale.

• Expertise in machine learning and deep learning algorithms and frameworks.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R, SAS, or other analytical tools is a plus.

• Experience with distributed computing technologies and cloud ML platforms.
