Software Engineer | Hybrid | $93/hour

The Role

• Implement, debug, and test features and modifications to driving behavior in production code

• Collaborate closely with senior engineers to understand design specifications and ensure high-quality code delivery

• Utilize backend tooling to run regression tests and validate changes across various driving scenarios

• Participate in on-vehicle drive reviews, collecting data and providing actionable feedback on driving performance

• Contribute to the development of algorithms that enhance the robot’s ability to navigate complex environments safely

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field

• 0–5 years of professional experience in software development

• Strong proficiency in C++ programming language

• Familiarity with motion planning and pathfinding techniques

• Experience with large-scale codebases, version control systems like Git, and software development workflows
