Are you ready to redefine the "Smart Home"? As a Staff Engineer, you will lead the charge in developing cutting-edge embedded firmware for next-generation connected products. We are looking for a visionary developer who thrives on high-level innovation, leveraging C++, RTOS, and wireless protocols to create seamless user experiences in the kitchen and bath space.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and verification of high-performance firmware to enable intelligent, connected home systems.

• Architect and document complex system firmware structures, ensuring scalability for global product launches.

• Develop firmware for sophisticated device control systems, sensor interfaces, and data acquisition using tools like emulators, debuggers, and oscilloscopes.

• Collaborate with massive cross-functional teams to integrate BLE, WiFi, and TCP/IP communication protocols into luxury consumer hardware.

• Drive technical feasibility studies for emerging concepts, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in smart-home technology.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.

• Expert-level mastery of C, C++, and Python for embedded applications.

• Deep hands-on experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Proven expertise with wired and wireless communication protocols including RS485, BLE, WiFi, and TCP/IP stacks.

• A strong understanding of hardware fundamentals, including the ability to read complex schematics and work with microcontroller-based controls.
