You will be at the forefront of the digital revolution, designing and validating the system-level software that powers next-generation mobile, automotive, and data center platforms.

As a senior lead, you will drive the quality engineering strategy for cutting-edge CPU software, leveraging your expertise in C and Python to automate complex test suites. This is a high-impact role where you will influence the performance and power efficiency of the silicon that connects the world.

The Role

• Lead the design and execution of automated software and firmware test suites for high-performance server and compute platforms, ensuring production-level readiness.

• Architect test plans and requirements traceability matrices (RTM) to ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, integration, and system levels.

• Drive Quality Engineering (QE) and Release Engineering processes with a heavy focus on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Systems, and Architecture teams to perform deep-dive debugging, diagnostics, and workload analysis for CPU bring-up.

• Optimize software performance and power consumption by analyzing customer usage environments and identifying enhancements for Ubuntu, RHEL, and Windows Server OS.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in Software/Firmware Validation, specifically focused on Data Center Servers and high-performance computing environments.

• Mastery of Python and C programming for developing automated test cases and specialized utility programs.

• Deep technical knowledge of Server Firmware standards and integration, including BIOS, UEFI, BMC, and ARM64-based server architectures (x86 or RISC-V experience is a plus).

• Proven experience working with enterprise operating systems such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), SUSE, or Ubuntu Server.

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering with a strong track record of leading complex code reviews and regression testing efforts.
