Are you ready to revolutionize Navy and Marine Corps Aviation through advanced analytics? We are looking for a Data Scientist to join an elite Data and AI Practice, where you will build high-impact dashboard analytics and real-time visualization tools that directly influence critical military missions. This role combines deep technical data mining with the visual storytelling power of Qlik and Tableau to transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence.
The Role

• Lead the development of advanced dashboard analytics and real-time reporting capabilities to support Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) initiatives.
• Apply sophisticated data mining, NLP, and machine learning techniques to extract value from massive structured and unstructured datasets.
• Design and implement custom analytics applications using data-oriented programming languages and cutting-edge visualization software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges involving data gathering, statistical modeling, and visual presentation.
• Brief Senior Military and Civil Service personnel on data findings, providing strategic insights that drive operational readiness.

What You'll Need

• An active U.S. Top-Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (Required).
• 3+ years of professional Data Science experience combined with a technical Bachelor’s degree (additional experience accepted in lieu of degree).
• 3+ years of direct experience supporting Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations.
• Expert proficiency in Data Visualization tools, specifically Qlik and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and the ability to travel locally up to 10%.
