Role Description

HB Rentals Inc. is seeking a full-time Generative AI Engineer to join our team in Toronto, ON. This on-site role will involve developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models to optimize various aspects of our operations. Day-to-day tasks include designing, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions, analyzing data to drive insights, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of AI implementations. The role will require creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
  • Ability to develop and refine generative AI models such as GANs, VAEs, or LLMs
  • Strong background in data processing, feature engineering, and data analytics
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
  • Prior experience in implementing AI solutions for real-world applications is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of property management or the rental market is a bonus
