Head of Product Marketing for Industrial and Remote Sensing portfolios. This role is responsible for leading and executing product marketing strategy, synthesizing cross-functional insights, defining portfolio positioning, standardizing launch governance, and aligning marketing with sales and revenue priorities. The leader will design scalable frameworks and execute high-impact initiatives to drive market consistency, speed, and growth. Key responsibilities include market/buyer insight synthesis, positioning/messaging architecture, product-to-market leadership, and sales alignment. Success in the first 12 months will be measured by the adoption of segmentation frameworks, messaging architecture, launch governance, and improved sales alignment and revenue impact.

Role Overview
The Head of Product Marketing will lead and execute product marketing strategy across Headwall's Industrial and Remote Sensing portfolios.
This role installs disciplined product-to-market clarity by synthesizing cross-functional insight, defining portfolio positioning, standardizing launch governance, and strengthening revenue alignment across marketing and sales.
Operating within a lean, high-accountability environment, this leader will both design scalable frameworks and personally execute high-impact initiatives that elevate market consistency, speed, and growth effectiveness across global teams.
Key Responsibilities MarketBuyer Insight Synthesis
- Partner with Product and Sales to gather market, customer, and competitive intelligence
- Synthesize cross-functional input into structured ICP and segmentation frameworks
- Translate field and competitive insights into actionable positioning guidance
- Ensure consistent application of buyer insight across messaging and go-to-market execution
Portfolio PositioningMessaging Architecture
- Define differentiated positioning across Industrial and Remote Sensing portfolios
- Establish messaging hierarchy aligned to the Headwall masterbrand narrative
- Clarify value propositions across OEM, end-user, and research audiences
Product-to-Market Leadership
- Translate roadmap initiatives into differentiated, market-facing positioning
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product launches
- Align marketing programs with revenue priorities to maximize product impact across target segments
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Demonstrated success installing product marketing discipline in complex, technical portfolios
- Experience in industrial, sensing, hardware, or technical B2B environments preferred
- Strong executive communication and storytelling capability
- Ability to lead and execute within lean, fast-moving environments
- Experience working across global teams
