Technical Program Manager (TPM) – SAP Finance
Role summary
Seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with extensive SAP Finance experience to spearhead a platform migration, data lake retirement, and cross-team delivery for Azure-based SAP programs. The role requires hands-on expertise with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA, a proven track record in leading large SAP transformation initiatives, and strong technical program management capabilities. A good understanding of Azure platform and data architecture is essential, along with the ability to effectively drive discussions between business and engineering teams. Preferred skills include Azure Fabric, OneLake, ADLS Gen2, and exposure to AI/analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning and program execution
- Own demand intake and requirements gathering
- Define and prioritize Unified Platform scope of work
- Identify dependencies and remove delivery blockers
- Drive BODS retirement and consumer sign‑offs
- Support FDL OneLake and EDL retirement initiatives
- Migrate BW/4HANA datasets to Unified Platform/FDL
- Support SAP Domain AI Agent efforts (as applicable)
