Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Engineer. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, implementing data models, and building data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics. The role includes executing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing data delivery, and troubleshooting data systems. The Data Engineer will collaborate with other technical and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Data Engineering, including experience with building and maintaining scalable data pipelines
- Proficiency in Data Modeling and experience with designing effective database schemas
- Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools
- Experience with Data Warehousing and implementing enterprise-level data storage solutions
- Familiarity with Data Analytics and the ability to support data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
