The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital accessibility experience, deep knowledge of WCAG standards, and proficiency with automation tools and web technologies.

Digital Accessibility Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a Digital Accessibility Automation Engineer to drive scalable accessibility solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on embedding accessibility into automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous monitoring, early defect detection, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain accessibility automation using Axe Monitor
Develop transactional test scripts (login, search, checkout flows)
Integrate accessibility into Selenium frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Analyze results, identify true issues vs. false positives, and guide remediation
Partner with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to embed accessibility into development workflows
Track accessibility metrics, trends, and regressions

What You Bring

5+ years in digital accessibility with strong automation experience
Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and WAI-ARIA
Experience with Axe Monitor, Axe DevTools, and Selenium
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Ability to write and maintain automation scripts (YAML, selectors, XPath)
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Axe APIs, reporting dashboards, or JIRA integrations
