Role summary
Factor for Business is seeking a Senior Sales Manager, B2B for a hybrid role at their NYC headquarters. This position will own the Sales-Led motion, focusing initially on converting high-intent inbound leads for accounts over $16k ARR. The role also involves designing and executing outbound experiments to discover new growth avenues and building the inbound infrastructure, including lead routing and outreach sequences. A key responsibility is bridging Sales and Product-Led Growth (PLG) by defining rules of engagement for transitioning self-serve users to commercial agreements. The ideal candidate is an experimental operator and "builder-seller" with 6+ years of B2B sales experience and technical proficiency in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
