
HR Coordinator
Role summary
The HR Coordinator is a key administrative and coordination role within the People team, focusing on the employee lifecycle, time management, payroll preparation, and HR data management. This position serves as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including payroll inquiries and document preparation. Responsibilities include maintaining employee data in HR systems like Workday, generating reports, identifying process improvements, and supporting HR programs. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in operational HR, ideally in production or logistics, is preferred. The role is onsite in Derby, working 12pm-9pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekend shifts.

Location: The Windmill, Derby (Spondon). This role will be working 12pm-9pm Monday-Friday onsite. Working 1 in 3 weekends (you will have the Friday and Monday off around these shifts worked)
