Regional Director of Human Resources - HR Business Partner
Role summary
Helping Hands Family is seeking a remote Human Resources Business Partner to support their mission of making autism services personal. This role will develop HR strategies, manage the employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, training, career development), enhance total rewards and benefits, and oversee engagement initiatives. The HRBP will also ensure HR compliance, manage performance reviews and compensation, and handle employee separations. The position requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience and a Bachelor's degree. The role supports specific geographic locations and requires occasional clinic visits. Our Manager, People & Processes directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by building the people functions, while guiding the company through scalable, aggressive, growth This team member will also train local leaders on HR functions including engagement, retention, and cultural components of the employee life cycle.
This is a remote role will support a geographic location including: Pittsburgh Metro, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut and Northern Virginia. Candidates must reside in Maryland/DC Metro or Pittsburgh Metro areas. Role will require occasional clinic visits within this region.
