Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Mid-Market Account Manager. The Mid-Market Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of mid-market clients to ensure strong relationships, high client satisfaction, and successful account management. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, addressing their concerns promptly, analyzing account performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strategic solutions that align with client goals.

- Experience in Account Management and a proven ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Strong Relationship Building and Communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients
- Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and responsiveness
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with the commercial real estate industry is a plus
- Results-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
