Role summary

Seeking a Mental Health/Substance Abuse Program Manager for a residential facility. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of addiction fieldwork and 2 years of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include coordinating services, providing counseling, documentation, regulatory adherence, and relationship building with external agencies. A degree in a Helping Profession and relevant certifications are preferred. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary range of $27,000 - $40,000 per year with benefits.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Helping Profession with a certification in addiction preferred with minimum of 2 years supervisory experience or in pursuit of addiction certificate from an appropriate organization; 4 years in the field and have served as a supervisor for a minimum of 2 years. (Must be registered as a counselor in training.)

Mental Health/Substance Abuse Program Manager Requirement: Strong organizational and time management skills, experience using an EHR, ability to work a flexible schedule, knowledge of ASAM Criteria and DSM 5, knowledge of co-occurring disorders, evaluation of person served, treatment planning and counseling services, knowledge of psychotropic drugs, symptoms and effects.

Mental Health/Substance Abuse Program Manager Summary of duties include but are not limited to overseeing and coordinating all services, provide counseling to person served , timely completion of documentation, maintain up to date records, adhere to local, state and federal regulations, work with a diverse population, cultivate relationships with referring agencies and other outside resources.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen
