The Role
As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll meet with homeowners across Manhattan and nearby areas to provide in-home consultations and drive high-quality installations of central HVAC systems. You’ll listen closely, assess space needs, and recommend smart, efficient solutions. Your role is about earning trust, educating homeowners, and turning strong leads into satisfied, long-term clients.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, build rapport, and understand customer needs
- Organize and prioritize sales leads (new and existing) for outreach and follow-up
- Guide prospective clients through HVAC system options, upgrades, and timelines
- Prepare and follow up on tailored proposals in coordination with the Sales Manager
- Assist in quote generation and related sales operations processes
- Close deals by clearly communicating long-term value and system quality
- Call current members to schedule maintenance and upsell where applicable
- Reach out to expiring members to drive renewals
- Organize and pursue outreach to non-members for new membership sales
- Assist with inbound service calls when CSRs are unavailable
- Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure high-quality customer experience
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC (sales, service, or technical role)
- Basic understanding of central systems and mini splits
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with homeowners
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- Interest in growing into a high-performing sales role
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
- New York, NY: Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE $100K–$250K+)
