Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and statistical packages.
- Experience with automation, ETL processes, and database management.

Responsibilities
- Analyze data to extract and define relevant information, interpreting data to evaluate past performance and project future trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership, including the President and CEO, on consumer lending production, tier modifications, loan-to-value rates, product revisions, and promotional activities.
- Perform complex statistical analysis of data reported across various banking and financial systems, presenting findings related to outreach programs, products, and services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership across divisions to develop automation solutions, databases, and analytical tools that streamline reporting processes.
- Integrate automation processes, including ETL workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize data cycle efficiency.
- Establish and refine reporting methods and procedures to enhance report accuracy, content, and completeness for different business units.
- Develop comprehensive reports for forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement to support strategic initiatives.
- Utilize various software applications, including spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and visualization tools, to assemble, manipulate, and present data effectively.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support the bank’s operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality, adhering to organizational policies and standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet organizational needs.
