The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise, capable of building the underlying data infrastructure while translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, eCommerce, operations, and finance—to establish a unified view of performance metrics and drive data-informed growth initiatives.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have over six years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, with a proven track record in retail, CPG, or eCommerce environments. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with retail data platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, or SPINS, and experience analyzing subscription or DTC business models are considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for centralizing and structuring data from diverse sources, including retail partners, DTC channels, subscription programs, marketing platforms, and social media. You will design and implement scalable data models and reporting frameworks that support cross-functional analytics efforts. Developing and maintaining advanced dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights into sales performance, product launches, customer behavior, and marketing ROI will be a key part of your duties. Collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, and operations, you will identify new opportunities for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Your role will also involve enhancing data accuracy, governance, and accessibility across the organization, ensuring that data infrastructure supports the company's growth trajectory. As the company evolves, you will help build and scale the analytics infrastructure to meet emerging needs and strategic goals.
