Role summary

HirexHire is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for their client, a Legal/AI SaaS company in Denver, CO. This hybrid role involves designing and developing scalable SaaS applications using C# and React. The engineer will write clean, maintainable code, provide guidance on modern software engineering techniques, own product areas, and refactor existing software. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing tasks, and mentoring junior members. The role requires 5-8+ years of experience, strong C# and React skills, and expertise in cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Cosmos DB, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus, and AD B2C. A strong understanding of SaaS architecture, design principles, and software/security best practices (SOLID, OWASP) is essential. Experience with AI technologies is a plus.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Fullstack Engineer (C# and React) to join our client's team in their new Denver office. In this role, you will join a passionate team that is driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and develop SaaS applications, making a difference for legal professionals everywhere.

*Base Salary for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 + 10% Bonus*

*This role is hybrid to the Denver, CO area.*

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and develop scalable SAAS applications
  • Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with minimum number of defects
  • Source for expert level knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies
  • Provide guidance on modern software engineering techniques and methodologies for code reviews
  • Own key areas of the product in terms of estimates, design and development
  • Refactor and improve existing software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Quality Engineering, User experience) to complete tasks
  • Manage individual task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Coach and mentor less experienced team members
  • Shape innovative designs and feature enhancement ideas into the product and design process
  • Demonstrate knowledge of software and security best practices (i.e., object-oriented design patterns, OWASP Top 10, SOLID design principles)
  • Leverage AI tools and Generative AI technologies to enhance product features and optimize workflows

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5-8+ years of software development experience with excellent C# and React coding skills
  • Must have experience with cloud-native development in Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure DevOps, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Service Bus, and Azure AD B2C
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and design principles.
  • Must have experience and a demonstrated understanding of React and related frontend frameworks
  • Must have experience and a demonstrated understanding of the backend development of services, business logic layers, and data layers, leveraging C# and .Net
  • Experience working with AI echnologies is a plus
