Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Head of Design
who can
own the full UI/UX design process at HOF
, from ideating product specifications to creating and shipping pixel-perfect screens. You'll be our design lead, working directly with the CEO, marketing team, and dev team to craft experiences that are intuitive, high-converting, and delightful for our users.

This is a
high ownership, hands on role
. You'll drive design strategy, execute, and potentially lead a small design team in the future as we continue to grow. You move fast, have an uncanny eye for great design, and strike the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of UI/UX design
or product experience, ideally at a
consumer facing app or high growth startup
- Expert level proficiency in
Figma
- Strong portfolio
demonstrating both strategic thinking and exceptional craft, especially on mobile
- Experience designing for data heavy or analytics focused products
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and marketing teams
- Passionate about sports
- Important:
Deeply familiar with sports betting apps
and the UI/UX conventions of the space; you use these apps regularly and know which elements make each one satisfying or frustrating

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end design of HOF's product
across iOS, Android, and web from concept to final dev-ready specs
- Improve HOF's visual identity, design system, and UI/UX standards
- Work directly with the CEO
to translate product vision into exceptional user experiences
- Partner closely with the marketing team
to understand user needs and ensure design consistency across product and brand
- Collaborate tightly with the dev team
to ensure designs are implemented pixel-perfectly and function as intended
- Lead user research and usability initiatives
to continuously improve our product experience and make it more delightful
