Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Conversational AI Engineer with strong expertise in Dialogflow CX to design, develop, and optimize advanced conversational agents. This role involves hands-on development, integration with enterprise systems, and implementation of modern AI techniques, including Generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Dialogflow CX / Conversational Agent Builder
- Solid understanding of NLP/NLU concepts
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, such as:
- CCAI
- Cloud Functions
- Pub/Sub
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful services
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, PHP, Ruby
- Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with databases such as BigQuery, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Knowledge of conversational design and speech recognition concepts
- Understanding of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON
- Experience working in Agile environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Generative AI implementations
- Knowledge of chatbot frameworks beyond Dialogflow
- Exposure to computer vision, algorithms, or knowledge management systems
