Role summary

The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to improve business processes and drive automation. This role requires a strong understanding of product ownership practices within Agile and SAFe frameworks, with hands-on experience in Agile management tools like Rally and Jira. The Product Owner will also be involved in strategic planning, risk management, and change management, leveraging strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate with key partners and present to all levels of the organization. A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a mindset for innovation and problem-solving are essential.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Experience Required - 8+ Years

Product Owner, Agile Project Management, SAFe Agile Project Management, Rally +Jira – Agile Management Tool exposure. UAT hands on experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to interact with and present to all levels of the organization

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong knowledge of product owner role and practices

• Hands on UAT cycle experience

• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management

• Proven ability to build and leverage relationships and influence key partners to drive collaboration

• Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; ability to assess business objectives/strategies and define/implement appropriate strategies

• Innovative mindset and experience in evaluating business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, strong learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to embrace new challenges

• Exposure to agile methodologies, ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once and work in a dynamic, time-critical environment
