Role summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Advanced Software Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and engineering. The role requires a strong understanding of the full software life cycle, including requirements, design, architecture, coding, integration, certification, testing, feature definition, customer support, and verification/validation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and the ability to code in multiple languages. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of embedded systems, C language, and software configuration management. This role emphasizes innovation, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently within a global team.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and engineering.
  • Must understand and know the full software life cycle
