Role summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Manager with P2P expertise to lead SAP S4 Finance functional ownership for their procurement and accounts payable processes. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the end-to-end P2P process, supporting global finance, procurement, and AP teams. The manager will act as a key functional expert on the S4 SAP team, driving compliance and cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities include SAP P2P functional S4 leadership, process governance, ensuring smooth transaction flows, maintaining compliance and controls, overseeing vendor master data, and coordinating data, UAT, and training cycles. Collaboration with Procurement, AP, Controllership, IT, and business units is essential.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Systems Manager - P2P (Procure‑to‑Pay) to lead SAP Finance functional ownership for Honeywell Aerospace’s procurement and accounts payable processes. This role is central to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the end‑to‑end P2P process, supporting global finance, procurement, and AP teams. You will serve as a key functional expert on Honeywell Aerospace’s S4 SAP team, driving compliance, and cross‑functional alignment. 

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • SAP P2P Functional S4 Leadership
  • Own SAP Finance process governance for S4 program foundation and deployment 
  • Ensure stable PO, goods receipt, invoice, and payment flows are designed
  • Maintain P2P compliance, controls, tolerances, and policy alignment within SAP
  • Oversee vendor master data integrity and role‑based access is developed
  • Coordinate Data, UAT, and Training cycles for AP or Finance integrations 
  • Work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Controllership, IT, and global business units. 

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive SAP Finance experience 
  • Strong understanding of procurement, AP, vendor governance, and GR/IR. 
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with business and technical teams.

  • Accounting, Finance, or related Degree
  • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments 
  • Prior experience within finance systems teams
