Role summary

The Software Engineer II - Embedded C/C++ will execute project subtasks to meet customer specifications and validate advanced aerospace systems, including communications management functions (CMF) and Flight Management Systems (FMS) on avionic platforms. This role requires applying a broad range of software engineering skillsets, coordinating with hardware and software teams, and ensuring compliance with aerospace certification standards. The engineer will be an active contributor to an integrated product team focused on developing current and future datalink systems. This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for executing project subtasks in order to meet customer specifications, and validate various interconnected, advanced aerospace systems spanning communications management functions (CMF), Flight Management Systems (FMS) and other mission-critical systems on various avionic platforms.

You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. No relocation offered.

You will be expected to apply for a broad range of software engineering skillsets, coordinate across hardware and software teams, and ensure compliance with all customer and regulatory requirements. You will be an active contributor amongst an integrated product team supporting the development of current and future datalink systems while ensuring compliance within aerospace certification standards.
