Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outreach Program Manager to lead our outreach initiatives and foster meaningful community relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, program development expertise, and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. This role offers an opportunity to oversee impactful programs, supervise staff, and build strategic partnerships that enhance service delivery and community engagement.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Manage relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service recipients to promote collaboration and program success.
  • Supervise outreach staff and volunteers, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
  • Coordinate outreach activities across multiple sites, ensuring effective communication and logistical planning.
  • Maintain detailed administrative records, prepare reports for funders and leadership, and support continuous program improvement efforts.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that respects the diverse needs of individuals served while promoting behavioral health awareness.

Experience

  • Proven management experience within social services or community outreach programs.
  • Demonstrated success in program development and implementation tailored to populations with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges.
  • Strong background in working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions.
  • Skilled in relationship management with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a social work or related setting is essential.
  • Experience in budgeting, administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance with funding agencies is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of social work principles, behavioral health practices, and effective program management strategies is required.
